I have thrifted so many pieces in the last 31 years since I’ve been married, it’s hard to nail down one. Today at Goodwill I found a beautiful brass 8”striding deer Christmas ornament. Many years ago I prayed for a Fall piece to put over my faux mantle. This was before we purchased our home 6 years ago, we were in an apartment. I found a beautiful painting in Goodwill of a farm with the barn perspective looking out at the farmhouse. The barn was full of pumpkins and corn and a wagon. May have been painted by Billy Jacobs. I can’t find it on eBay right now. It didn’t even occur to me to check who painted it and how much it might be worth until I started my resell business 2 years ago. It’s one of my favorite pieces. I thrift all the time...too much! I have more than I sale!😂

Yay, I saw the video! Boy, this is a good one, sure glad I saw this! I love your home tours, these two were exceptional! I have literally an all White House. My exterior is white, my furniture is white. I’m loving seeing all these fun accessories because they bring warmth, character and color. I’ve been trying to keep accessories kind of minimal, but frankly, I am now enjoying more things. I need color and things that bring me joy and fun memories. Thank you for bringing nice homes that have interesting and gorgeous things!🌺🌺🌺
