Treasure Mountain Educational Campsite is a privately-owned property that is around a couple hours’ drive from Manila. The destination has become popular for its effortless sea of clouds and the majestic view of the Sierra Madre mountain ranges.
Treasure Mountain offers a day tour for families who just want to see the clouds. According to its Facebook page, the best time to visit the mountain is at dawn - you can catch the sunrise and enjoy the breathtaking views. The occurrence of the sea of clouds is usually between 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., although it will depend on the weather condition for that day.
