Just amazing - verbalization to excite the imagination - a new frontier for those with money who want to be filmed for no reason.

I made it through three minutes, 30 seconds. Who can top that?

Removing accessibility to art "in order for us to talk about other modes of VALUATION [emphasis provided]." What's the real point in this. Makes me think this whole exercise was pursued to inflate the price of "art". Another purpose of this experiment in "art" mentioned in the documentary was to promote conservation of nature. Has this really achieved that, or has this only lined pockets of those "visionaries" that dreamed up this scheme of developing "other modes of valuation" of art. I wonder. A better documentary could have been about the actual conservation efforts being done that was funded by the money earned from the sale of the buried "art".

The production value, narration & excess use of music is very bad. Perspective has certainly lowered its normally strict guidelines for quality documentary films as of late. 2 thumbs down for me on this one ... 😔

Another movie that just proves modern/contemporary art sucks. "you have no pressure, I KNOW!!!!" What is the point hidding something and telling where it is hidden on yt.

Is this for real? They don’t seem very organised! Bless them for their serious concerns. Doesn’t resonate with me.

Their most serious concern is to be talked about and being invited to galas, and profiting from whatever coupons they manage to cut of from any pointless activity they try to impress their equals with, in order to keep living easy and prosperous lives being absolutely useless to the rest of society. Conservation or environment issues are only excuses in which they wrap their own emptiness and lack of inspiration and relevant message to share nor problems encountered in their lives. The only input the bring to environment is the oxygen and clean water they waste and the one they bring into art is wasted materials they turn into ugly, and meaningless pile of junk.

Don't watch this documentary! It's awful, and it's not at all about real treasures. It's about a totally absurd art project: it's about silly artists who filled a chest with their art works, and then the chest is hidden somewhere on the island, so that nobody will be able to see these artworks 😮 Talk about absurd modern art projects! And this documentary isn't well made at all! The narrator is awful and the music destroys the documentary.
