I'm In South America most all treasures here do not have ferris medal now Gold and silver are non magnetic but what about bronze because some of the Spanish treasures have bronze would the magnometer sound off on bronze .. Any feed back would be appreciated..

The magnetometer responds to the changes in iron content, is not affected by the presence of iron. Only if iron is removed or added after the balancing is complete.
