I have found a 1999p New Jersey quarter that has 2 marks under Washington's ear that looks like a backward capital "B". But the big thing, when minted the " C " in crossroads is missing. NOT SCRATCHED OFF, missing. Is this a known mint error with one on each side?

Hi, I just came across your video and realized I have been saving this real ugly 1999 d two tone clad New Jersey quarter!!. Then after seeing your video I realized that I might just be an error coin!. Is there any way I can send you a picture of it and, maybe tell me what you think? I believe it's going to be the air coin it's all smashed and smeared on both the obverse and reverse side! I've held on to it just cuz I thought it was neat looking and I wasn't too sure if it was worth anything or if you just got ruined in a soda pop machine or something. Lol!
