Treasury of Scales E Major

In this early warmup of the Portland Youth Philharmonic Winds and Brass, we utilize all of the E major scales is Leonard B Smith's book.
The numbers I am using do not correspond to the numbers in Smith's book. I have had the Treasury re-ordered so that each key is grouped together, starting with C/a and going around the circle of 5ths.
Many of the players in the orchestra this season participated in the complete Treasury of Scales 3 years ago. As you can see, the types of variations possible with this ensemble are much more complex at this very early stage of ensemble building.
I tend not to get too worked up about intonation at the beginning beyond the basics. Things tend to move into place on their own throughout these sessions.
