Treating Andamooka Matrix Opal!

Crazy cool! Thanks for showing us your process. I absolutely love opal, and i think matrix is underrated, but im also glad that it is because its really affordable! My opal treatment knowledge is limited but isn't there a way to do it without the acid concentrate? Just with heat and sugar?

Yes there is a way to just caramelize the sugar but it's a bit messy and requires your oven and I believe it also takes longer and quality varies more

How much time boil in sugar solution and after sugar solution how much time put in sulfuric acid and how much temperature required for sugar solution and sulfuric acid solution please guide

There are other ways using a Vacuum to extract as much air from the stone.
