So many intelligent lecturers on dog behavior. I am struggling to figure out who is "righter" than the others. Show me your dogs, dear peers. Dogs don't lie, lure or pretend. Show me your dogs. Your own dogs. Yol: love your dogs - they love & know more about us)

so where is one dog to help? if she were handling just one dog, I might be persuaded she knows what she is doing. all I see is a lecture with the speaker showing off and acting like a TV commercial person. where is the actual do that is helped by her lecture so we can see whether all her posturing helps the dog ?

You clearly have no idea who Patricia McConnell is. Look her up and read some of her books. She's a pioneer of positive training methods.

Would buy the dvd if they included a short clip of her working with a dog. That's the point - you want to sell your dvds - compliment the theory with the practical.

She is probably considered one of the 10 best dog behavior experts. period ) Look up counterconditioning and operant conditioning,this isn’t supposed to be the answer to your problems it’s supposed to be a place to learn how to answer your problems.this is a lectures area for trainers ,look up training videos using these principles also look up training principles using slightly different principles.She knows what she’s doing but she doesn’t know what you’re doing.that’s where you have to figure out what fits for you, not what magic pill will fix all your dogs problems.She is fantastic and i use some of her training in my trianing. She is also not the only source i use for every issue I encounter with different owners becuase different situations and the owners ability to follow a plan can affect the method for a specific issue. You have to commit to the process of this and be patient. Some owners can’t do that so we do the best you can to give them the best information in a way they can use it an not just get frustrated and give up. She really is amazing your contributions to scientific basis dog training with quantifiable results and her other work speaks for itself ,if you’re looking for video training help you want to see it broken down with a dog not lectured unless you have a background in operant conditioning Or training philosophy’s.I am learning this stuff so I can explain it to clients I don’t expect clients to learn these things , That’s why they hired me to guide them though dog training and not make them watch academic lectures. One of the best books he’s written is called the other end of the leash explains a lot about what happens for a dog when you don’t know how to communicate.
