Treating liver tumors with advanced technology

Chris successfully underwent surgery and chemotherapy for colon cancer. During a follow-up appointment, however, a 2.5-centimeter tumor was discovered in his liver. Dr ,,,my brother was diagnosed with fibrolamellar cancer stage 4 , we fell helpless , we don’t have money for a second opinion , his doctor don’t want to do surgery on him , we live in Los Angeles and there’s no specialist on this cancer
