what if the ovulation occurs just 10 hours after giving ovulation trigger?... .the egg will be already demolished by the time we'll be doing IUI and all of our effort will fail? To prevent this from happening should we give IUI before 36 hours? because the sperms can survive longer than the egg.

Mam….. In ivf we implant embryo inside uterus…. But what about secretory changes of endometrium induce by progesterone & hormone hcg?

In IVF cycles, progesterone support for endometrium is given after opcyte retrieval. Hcg support after embryo transfer is also added. This is usually continued through the first trimester. Every IVF specialist or centre has its own protocol for the same.
