He had all 32 teeth with quite an attractive face in the beginning. Had these orthodontist’s move his maxilla up and forwards, all his occlusal problems would have disappeared. His face got longer and unattractive in the final result. Numbers and alignment of the teeth don’t mean anything when that face is set back and the harmony of his features are now flatted and spoiled. Poor guy had so much potential to become attractive, now that potential is gone.

I have the same problem , i have braces and now i feel my face got longer , i really hope final result would be better ☹️
