Treatment of Infantile Hemangiomas in PHACE Syndrome

Oral propranolol is not available in my country, while i use tab and crush it and mix in milk and give to my daughter. While i read it's not good to break or crush film coated tabs, so what should I do?

treatment ke zarorat nahi shahid kioun kay foot may hy, but agar ulceration ho rahi hy to polyfax use karain, or agar bohat zada aggresive or fast grow kar raha hy to dr say rabta karain shahid wo propranolol ya timolol prescribe karay.
