Hello, I've been following for 6 months. I'm a law student and this is my first year Tashkent state University of Law. I learned a lots of things about law from you. How can I connect with you? Because of that after 3 weeks I will have to make a presentation about The rule of Law. Could you help me to do this and I would like you to give a some information about this topic while presentation. Thanks before🙏🏻

Thank you! A little question/remark: Is Art. 20(2) lex specialis to Art. 19(c)? 20(2) looks more like an exemption to the principle that Reservations generally don’t require acceptance by the other parties. So Art. 20 shows us argumentum e contrario, that generally a reservation don’t require accaptence by the other parties. Art. 19 on the other hand tells us, that reservations are generally possible. Art 19(c) is an exception to this principle. So Art. 20(2) doesn’t give a right to reservation when Art. 19(c) applies bc in this case, reservations aren’t allowed at all. Just a little detail where I’m probably mistaken. I’m new to International law and english is not my mother tongue so sorry, if this was obviously wrong. Thanks again for the great content, I’m learning so much!
