If your phone is apple or Samsung then they're deliberately slowing down the phones and the battery drains faster so people upgrade. They not long got fined for it.

@@demigog9523 Personal experience of having lived there. I lived in the South,lived in Mid Wales and worked in North Wales. Very rarely did I encounter the language being spoken.

@@stuartb4525 I'm originally from North West Wales and the majority spoke Welsh as their first language. Now I live in South Wales and the majority speak English. The official % of first language Welsh speakers at the time was 80% in North and 20% in South. I'm certain this won't have decreased so substantially in 10 years.
