Tree and Berry Planting on Reservation Land in South Dakota (2024) - Episode One: Wounded Knee

Narrated by Leola One Feather and another anonymous grandmother, this video details planting across two sites in Wounded Knee, South Dakota.
These areas have a long-held shadow of oppression and broken trust that our crew is grateful to have assisted in helping heal through restorative efforts. There are a variety of issues the Lakota/Sioux are confronting, and this series is a contribution towards helping educate and involve others.
Thank you to all volunteers who participated in helping reintroduce native and other food producing plants.
