Very nice peice ! Think I'm going to give it a try but I am going to glue 2 coins together and do the same process that way I can make 2 coin pendants at the same time !

I love this..I have been cutting coins with my hand saw..I have a scroll saw for wood Anychance you could tell me how to set it up for cutting coins? mine takes a 5 inch pin end saw

Hello Chrissy, You would need a scroll saw that uses painless blades. The DeWalt scroll saw seems to be best for this. It takes a lot of practice as you know with cutting coins. I just could not get used to cutting coins with a hand saw. I would break two or three blades just connecting them to the saw! LOL! The hand saw does cut faster because you have better control of speed and pressure on the blade. Someday I will try it again. it's definitely the better way to cut coins. Thanks!

What speed is your saw set to?
@KerfMan5 ай бұрын
@@debbielowrance8579 Debbie I use a DeWalt scroll saw and I cut my coins at the slowest speed the saw will go most of the time. As you get better at cutting you can increase the speed but don't increase the speed with a dull blade it will wander and break. Have phun!
