Are you asking for Knight class? You should focus on HP since you are going to be the tank in the party. For main stat focus on Stamina.. Secondary stats can be Block and Damage reduction. Btw this stat is more focus on tanking. For cards you can try HP Drain for sustainability in pvp and you can also get Return Damage.

blessing reduces tha chance of crowd control,. stun,root etc. Malediction is the opposite, it increases the chance of crowd controll skills to the enemies. Blessing can be beneficial for supports and tank. Malediction I guess for magister

That depends on your play style. Are you a spender? active? competitive? All classes have their own strength and weakness. Shield guards and healers are important in dungeons. If you are a f2p or low spender Id recommend them.
