That's why I always carry a small first aid kit, tissues, pads, painkillers and candy. Just in case I come across someone who needs it, fortunately I haven't had to use any of it yet. The only thing I don't carry is water, since it's heavy and I feel like it'll spill in my bag yet oddly, I always come across people that need water. 😶
