@@User-gp2te Notepad. Windows Media Player has nothing to do with text files. It's for images, videos, and audio files.

Fwiw I was on 1728x1080 for the last 2 years (stretched res enjoyer), and just finally made the switch to 1680x1050. Hugely worth it imo. It fixes a lot of the scaling issues that some games have, plus a minor fps boost if you need it. The biggest thing for me is that it's fixed the "weird" feeling my aim had occasionally. Everything feels better in general.

I really dont recommend auto sprint on for anyone that isnt too crazy about movement, theres a very noticable delay when trying to fire aftsr sprinting

@@kage9638 is your sprint bind still shift? Because personally having to press anything else while moving is difficult for me. Do you think binding sprint to side mouse button a good idea?

@@reajlila7595 it has its downsides and upsides in movement, but the difference is negligible and can be negated over time, but no matter how good you are, you wont be able to remove the firing delay in sprinting, bind it to something easy to press at any time, personally shift sprint, alt to holster, a lot of people use x, and ive used mouse buttons in the past, whichever you find best

I don't understand why disable_player_use_prompts "1" doesn't work at all for me, I disabled read only on my auto exec and it's still not working while exec autoexec.cfg is in my start options :( Do you guys have an idea? Edit: I just found the solution. I changed that on my profile.cfg file and it worked :) Thanks anyway and keep up the good work treeree! Love you!

I have pretty short fingers so i have a hard time switching to my shotgun for example in the middle of/right after a wallbounce or slidejump so how do u time ur weapon equip in a wallbounce or slidejump?

If you switch weapons right before hitting the wall, it gets pulled out instantly
