The girl in the front on the right is an absolute inspiration to us larger ladies who are nervous about having a go. I do Aqua Zumba with Kate and know how hard the routines are but to do them on dry land is exhausting. If you can do these routines, girl, you are fit! Fantastic and a wonderful example to everyone, Zumba is not just for the skinnies!

just had an update on my videos team. Yes I'm still going strong. Even at 34 weeks pregnant so may not be any new videos for a while. 4 weeks left until I take maternity leave so if you're living in rct and are looking to join zumba get in while I'm still here. xx

Theres nothing to be scared about...im proud of the people who make a command decision to change their life to get healthy regardless of their size and go to the gym or attend healthy eating meetings.
