4 wheeler you have to park outside the gate, with bike you can get very close to the waterfall, then too you will have to trek for some 20-25 mins i guess.

You can go by bike or car till the main gate.They have closed for the biking too.Only trekking allowed which is 4.5km to reach the waterfall.Carry water to keep yourself hydrated

I am not sure buddy! Unless there is any lockdown scenario it should be open. The water flow will be way less though.

No permission as such. There is a check point where you register name and details..and they let u in.
