The kanchanjangga mountain are to be seen and having seen from video shower and I had seen thank you for whom again good new progress such you should do video side OK frequently would be taking beautiful places again I hope to video shower

Looks like you did not hire a guide, did the check post authority mention anything? How about permits and where did you get?

We did independent hiking without guide or porter. However there were local people and other guides to help in case you have any questions. Guide is not mandatory. Checkpost authority did not question us. We got permit from Ghunsa at Peaceful Guest House.

@@ParthaChowdhury Thanks a lot Pratha, you answered my core questions. Though you clearly mentioned the same in the descp however, most people from Ktm always insisted on mandatory guide, documents only from Ktm and fees more than what you mentioned. I am rule abiding and planning to go end of Oct 2022. Thanks a lot again.

As per rules you can pickup a permit in Tapethok or Ghunsa. In case you stay in Kathmandu it will be handy to pick up there. Else it is hassle and waste of time to go to Kathmandu.
