Another great video. Funny that u mention the Nobel Price. Nobel Prize winner, literature, Jon Fosse grew up here in the same village as i live in so i know him. Since im an Norwegian i might tell the Nobel committee about you. 🙂

My hubby and I each have the older version of this chair. We take the penalty when we backpack for the significantly lesser price of the chairs. Love ours! A chair at camp luxury is so worth it! We also have the 4” sleeping pad and pillows from Treckology that we love too! 🥾🏕️

Very good, a chair around a campfire is mandatory. 👍

Thank you so much. I bought the older version on your recommendation and love it. It only weighs 1.5 pound and is excellent for elk hunting in Colorado. It cost me $65 with snow stand. For $22 this is a steal. I just bought two of them for us to use camping in our RV.

Do not worry. Chill factor is often underrated. Here is 14F, 5 feet of snow. I am doing nature photography so i use some Norwegian designed gloves that has a pocket for handwarmers and inside lining of merino wool. I like to see ur videos because they are from a different climate. By the way, watching ur video tonight here in my house because im still home waiting for the Sikorsky S-92 flight for me to my work in the North Sea ocean tomorrow. Benn cancelled flights for almost a week now due to snowstorms.

I've had the same problem with leaning to the left or right ... or even backwards if the ground is too soft. Yeah, that does look a bit heavier. I appreciate you sharing your experience. I'll need to upgrade my trail chair one of these days ... maybe Father's Day.

I have an older Yizzi Go with the single bar that goes side to side. Can't find the specs on it, but I thought it was just over 2lbs. I also added the sand cover/mat after sinking into the ground a couple of times on trips. The only complaint that I have is that I wish the back was a little taller especially on the trips when you are spending hours around the campfire shooting the bull. For car camping this year I picked up one of those hammock chairs. I lusted after the Nemo Stargazer, but my wallet was happy that I went with the Bass Pro Shops Hammock Camp Chair. Since it's for car camping, it doesn't need to be as light or pack as small as the Nemo. Picked it up on an after Christmas sale for under $50.

My friends all busted out those hammock chairs. This yizi go 2.0 is more for glamping than hiking. Thanks Doc. 👍

I use that one when I Van camp. You need the sand mat they make for that chair. Trekology reached out to me a couple days ago with a new ultralight chair with no assembly. They’re sending me that this spring plus their new table. The chair is the YIZI X1 & the table is the TALU Mini. Should be interesting. Your wife’s making noise about going truck camping? Lol

For that price, it's a good deal. However, I don't think the weight limit rating is accurate. I've heard that heavier folks bend the legs easily despite the 300 pound rating. Caveat emptor.
