I would have never dumped dirt on the side with the fence. Must have been hard to get that dirt away from that fence line. Great video though!

Why do you need such a big bucket for a tiny water line?

Nice ,have to waterproof a Basement and their is a lot of clay ,how well would this escalator work in clay or is it a overkill for digging up next to house foundations

Would work well in clay and not to big for next to a house.

Nice setup! What is on your bucket? It looks like there is a steel plate on the bucket teeth. Can you tell me what it is? Thanks

@@nrdirtworks9253 Did you make that yourself or is that an off the shelf part?
@nrdirtworks9253
@nrdirtworks9253 Жыл бұрын
@@carolewarner101 we made it ourselves. Simply cut piece to width of the teeth on the bucket.

@@nrdirtworks9253 Well done. Very useful for making a flat bottom trench. It always amazes me how damn expensive every little part or implement is for tractors & excavators these days. If you bought that it would probably be $350 or more. Buy a couple pieces of flat bar, drill some matching holes through both and clamp it on either side of the teeth and you've got the same thing for probably under $30.

Because it's a trenching bucket... No need to dig a big wide trench for an itty bitty water line. Just more to fill back in at the end.
