Trenchless waterline replacement using horizontal drilling

Replacing 2 1/2 inch PVC waterline that was broken underneath landscaping concrete and asphalt down to a depth of 10 feet deep by using horizontal directional drilling and pulling back 4 inch HDPE piping for the new waterline and then connecting up to 2 1/2 inch copper 10 feet deep which was excavated out down next to edge of building.
