This was one of the most energy generating Bob tunes bob put together. These three are an inch short or making the power come through. Not only would he jump and skank all over the stage but he also pass the mic stand as he thrusts his fist in the direction of the crowd and pulls it to his chest. Very persuasive.

Dear Tracy, Please make a recording of all of Bob's revolutionary songs, and stop with this "Marley-lite" stuff they are having you sing. You have the charisma---much more than his kids---to breathe life into Bob's fervor. I think that is what they are afraid of! They don't WANT you to sing THEY BELLY FULL or BURNING AND LOOTING or GET UP STAND UP---you can do it better than they can!
@devinmabry54129 жыл бұрын
+fractally This is a Bob Marley song, so sorry it doesn't meet your "revolutionary" standards.
@fractally9 жыл бұрын
+Devin Yes dear, I know who wrote the song. And it would be a fine song for Taylor Swift. But Tracy Chapman? She should have been doing GET UP STAND UP or BURNING AND LOOTING. And you aren't a bit sorry, are ya?
