The concept sounds simple yet always confusing to me. If for a trade to occur, there must be an equivalent buy order and sell order. And the general principle/approach is " buy low and sell high" Then who is selling low when I'm buying and who is buying high when im selling?

High and Low is relative. When something is in high demand, then people are willing to pay high prices. So we always look for these situations of high demand in the markets.

These youtubers are only making money on views! I say this because an earlier video Navin states the best strategy is EMA 20, 50, 200 and goes on about not making a rash decision base on swings of the candles but focus on the 200 EMA pattern. Then later videos he changes! Just saying.
