@@evvlye exactly. pretty sure that people who are muscular can still have UTI's, heart diseases, cancer, and much more. chubbier people can also be healthy. genetics also matter, they decide where the fat is going to be stored. you can't expect everyone to look the same. weight = health is true in some cases, like if someone is severely obese i don't think you can say that they're healthy. plus i doubt that some randos on the internet would actually be concerned for someone's health, most of them shame people's bodies for the sake of making them feel bad about themselves

As a person who is dating someone who used to be very overweight (I have known them when they were and everything I’m putting down are their words but nicer) they are normally proud of how far they came. It’s not body shaming. He just got healthy. Though being skinnier doesn’t make everyone happy or heathy. We shouldn’t shame people from getting heathy, that’s just stupid. I used to be VERY overweight and the doctor said being overweight is very unhealthy and I could've gotten a very bad illness or diabetes from it so I got into exercise and im no longer fat, I DO consider it a glow up, its no body shaming, its and inspiration to being healthy, by u People claiming its "body shaming" makes others who were like me think its healthy to be over weight, its not, I'm not coming out as mean but from experience, u could get seriously sick and I dont want that to happen to anyone, its better to be at your weight the doctor reccomends u, trust me it feels good to finally look it the mirror and actually like yourself, and u can breathe better, and run faster, tothe people who were like me dont worry, just love yourself and it will be okay , you got this!

this reminds me of my older brother, he used to be pretty chubby and i don't think he worked out much. when we was around 15 or 16 (i dont quite remember, give or take) he decided that he wanted to get in shape and get strong. he started working out, went on a diet, and now he's like 6'2", in shape, has a nice gf and job. i find it inspiring!!

I would never think of this as body shaming! If anything I’d think of it as self motivation or body positivity. It’s showing people can change to be how they want! Yohan didn’t like how his body looked so he went through what it takes to change himself. @@gheata_playz874 it really does take time, my motivation is to not end up like my parents, my dad was really overweight and has lifelong affects on his feet now. i might find like a partner as well, me and my ma go on walks daily and bike rides, we also do some sports every other day but no gym because i am poor af.
