Great question! Contrast via color is a great option, making use of drop shadows, or perhaps other shadow effects. We can cover this in future videos!

Thank you I really appreciate it. I love these videos. Sometimes I struggle with even adding the drop shadows because it feels like it's overpowering/ amateur or I have a try a lot of colors to figure out how to make it pop.

I just love memorizing 3000 fonts ... I quit designing because memorizing ALL THE FONTS took all my time and now thats ll I do....unfortunately I dont get paid :/

It can certainly take time to go through and find the right font but it is part of the process. There are actually a few tools that can help you find similar fonts from an image. Monotype has a feature like this.
