sirji, you are my Guru. I have learnt a lot from you. In your videos you always say 'salt to taste' but it would be very helpful if you would specify exactly how much you put. Same as 'chilli powder'. You specify how much you put and other people can adjust if they need to. Second, please also specify the oil you use for frying. Each oil has a specific taste. Thank you.
