I got my hair two days ago. It does not look like this at all. And they didn't send me black they sent a number 2 or 3... I'm sooo mad. And they won't take the hair back and give me my money back. They are sending us a different type of hair. It's not the same. It also smells really bad. After I washed it three times I still can't get the smell out🤷🏾‍♀️😡

Listen seester, you gotta trust me on this.....Check out ONYC Hair. I have been buying her hair since 2014 and she hasn't failed me yet. I just bought another bundle of the 3/b 3/c kinky curly. I bought 18" the first time and went back and bought 16". There's only 7 pieces in the bundle so two might be better. But trust me, This hair will last you years if take care of it. Also, it is a UK based owned and operated company. The owner (who you will see in some of the pics)sources her own hair and it's not from China. So no funny smell or half arse wefted hair.

Hey just a quick question, I work on cruise ships and am out the country for 6 months at a time. I work 7 days a week and the water is so shitty out there it’s dirty so i wanted to find a way to keep my curly hair twisted up for a couple weeks at a time while rolling the clip ins. @@ayaanm3914 the way this hair sheds and gets matted so easily is a nightmare!!!! You can’t even put your finger through it with water without a bunch of hair coming out. And due to the crazy amount of shedding the hair gets thinner and thinner, the curl pattern dropped, now the hair I have is all stringy and terrible. BetterLength’s customer service SUCKS. They refused to give me a refund , so that was $300 down the drain.... so be careful before buying this hair. There’s a reason why these influencers keep getting sent new packs of this hair, because it’s not long lasting and the shedding and matting is ridiculous! Shame on these influencers too, it’s either they keep getting sent new packs to make it seem like the hair lasted them, and they give good reviews, or they just don’t speak the truth.
