that's not always true about the twitch drops I've had my accounts connected for a year now and claimed 10-12 drops and I have yet to see them in my WoWs account I just gave up on claiming them, nobody at either account will help.

Try relinking the accounts if you haven't, I did that recently and the drops starting appearing ingame for me again
