He is young, but not that young for substantial improvements in the future. Bradley can fill his position, though, in different styles. 280K may be a very respectful offer for him.

Can understand him trying his luck for sure, and he's an unbelievable talent for sure, but he doesn't/can't defend, and there's surely no right back in world getting that sort of money. You take that 100k extra he wants, times by 5 years, and that's 25 million, you then find a right back that's more defensibly capable and younger, give them 100k a week and they're happy. That's 50 million plus you can use for transfers. Liverpool have handled this situation terribly. First of all when he had 2yrs left to run you say sign a new contract for around 170k a week, or you move him on. He’s a liability a lot of the time at RB. Rightfully forwards get more money because they have the magic in them. He’s not worth 350k a week but the problem you have is if he goes you’ll end up paying £40m for a replacement. Bradley isn’t up to being the first choice RB if Liverpool are serious about competing. He needs another two seasons.

IMO..The issue is Trent's talents don't reflect being one of the highest paid players in elite level football. It would make signing/resigning developed talent near impossible as they would all want similar sums.

Real Madrid has Carvajal in his football career has done to real madrid more than Trent has done he literally wonmadrid the last UCL trophy without mentioning him being the best right back in the world for a decade yet he has never got in all of his extentions the amount of money Trent is asking that's why even if he goes to Madrid he won't get that money maybe the structure will be a huge signing bonus as a base salary it won't exceed 200k Euros because Vini, Jude and Mbappe are on 260k euros without mentioning signing bonuses so yet I think a 350k for a right back is insane it's an amount only a forward player who decided games by himself of years and years can deserve and for Liverpool only Salah deserves that if he is to be at Barca or at Madrid he would be earning more than that and the fans won't get mad about it

Let him leave on a free transfer but don't select him this season. He does not deserve 350K a weeks wages. We can play Joe Gomez and Bradley at the right side of defence. Sort out Salah and Van Dijk contracts, and Improve, Konate,Diaz Gravenberch, Gapko and Bradley contracts.

Based on the figure £350k pw he would be on £18.2M compared to Conor Bradley on £520k per year.

Works out 92mil ish for 5 year deal, if we were to buy a replacement, it would cost us over 100m + Wages of around 50 million, so I don't see the issue with just giving him the 350k.
