This is probably my favorite song of his to this day. There's so much attention to detail and the transitions and buildups and drops are just incredible. Plus the percussion is next level. That buildup at 1:59 that just drops to near silence at 2:15 is brilliant. There are definitely a few contenders from Into the Great Wide Yonder as well that I really love, but this one probably takes the cake for me.
