Діти цієї вікової категорії займаються тенісом вже кілька років.
Тренування починається з розминки. Далі слід виконання провідних вправ, які необхідні для виконання завдань даного тренінгу. Основна частина - це розвиток того чи іншого технічного навику. І все закріплюється рахунковою грою або спеціальними ігровими вправами.
Діти в цій групі виконують складні злагоджені вправи, грають на рахунок, вирішують тактичні завдання, поставлені тренером.
Вони можуть самостійно вести рахунок у грі та вирішувати спірні питання. Діти підготовлені до участі в турнірах як фізично, так і технічно, з обов'язковим хорошим станом здоров'я та емоційною стабільністю.
