4:23 I particularly like Astro. As much as he's just a white color reskin of the juggernaut, trepang always manages to make some sort of interesting looking/sounding/gameplay changing enemy (like Hellfire in crashsite and Chronos in site 83, though rarely). It always tries to at give you a little hook of interest, even if you kill them within milliseconds.

I still remember what I said as I stared down his ragdoll... _"Take a seat..._ *_humanitarian..."_* It was a direct quote from Batman mocked a guy who was recently given a reward for humanitarian efforts in Gotham City. The guy was revealed to also be responsible for why Mr. Freeze was after his life (because he refused to help provide life support for his wife, Nora). It's been a staple of Victor Fries' lore ever since, and I admittedly loved requoting that one-liner whenever I had another encounter with Samaritan.

Upon learning the HVTs now have voice lines when they spawn, I was disappointed that Astro and Samaritan didn't have any. Turns out it was just a bug (or me reaching/killing them too fast, I don't know). And I even thought "Come on, devs. I even made one for you with "I defeated terrorists once! You ain't going any further!", why couldn't you add that?". I was wrong, cause Astro's actual line is genuinely better. Great writing, fellas (if only Astro himself was more challenging).

He speaks, but his voice is distorted and it's a little confusing to understand, in the NPC customization that I tested, it's likely that his voice is that of the normal soldier horizon, just with a distorted filter.
