Julie Yahner I borrowed a friends pass. They are pretty pricey and I heard there's a big fine if you get caught without a pass. U could prolly get away with it in the winter but idk about summer when they know a bunch of people will be showing up

Just go ride... They issue warnings only on busy holiday weekends but the permit is 100$ for the year. My buddies and I go every other weekend and rarely get bothered. We got a written warning 1 time on Memorial Day weekend.
