Trevin's teaching style is incredibly inclusive and supportive. Even though I came into his class with little prior knowledge, he made sure to break down complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. His willingness to help everyone, regardless of their background, truly sets him apart.

110% recommend taking his fba mentorship/ class. He’s very thorough by showing everything step by step and seriously answers all your questions. if you think his videos are great, his online class is that much better. if you want to do fba, his class is a must!

Hi Trevin, I've watched the majority of your KZbin videos and I'm understanding most of it. the part the seems hardest or most intimidating or that I'm just unsure of is communicating with the manufacturer. And how easy is it to get them to modify a product for you to make it a little different than the competition? Also does your brother have a youtube? I'm also interested in Retail Arbitrage.

Differentiation will definitely increase the landed cost. Is it advisable even for first timer ? Differentiating by improving or modifying the existing product will add on additional cost ... any guide on this ? In case being ripped off by supplier ..Tq in advance

Yes you have to do it. It will be more expensive in the long run if you don’t cause your product won’t sell

Thank you Trevin for your videos on the FBA subject, I find them down to earth and in perfect balance between ethusiactic and realistic approaches. I've watched a fair share of videos out there, and I find yours are the most current and informative in a bite sized yet in depth way. Great channel, wish you all the best with your buisnesses, creating valuable content, educating and encouraging people to take charge of their lives. A couple of questions for a potential next video of yours - can you please speak more in depth about profit margins, how do you calculate them once you've found a product, what to take in consideration, and some examples of what can you do to increase the profit margins, when is it worth doing, and when not. Also if you could, please tell us about your profit margins. Really keen to see an in depth video on this from you. On a more chilled note - loving your channel and style, you're smashing it! 🤘

Hey Trevin how does one actually go about changing the way something is packaged or displayed? Is this done with your source/manufacturer or another company? Love your content thank you so much for sharing.
@maitden4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the advice, this was much needed! As far as product pictures is this something you handle personally (with a local photographer) or do you get the manufacturer to provide them? I have the same question about packaging, customizing design and any bonus items. Basically is your routine to go to manufacturers and seeing if they will add your designs (that you already have prepared from a graphic designer for example) or are you seeing if they can make a custom design themselves?
@TrevinPeterson4 жыл бұрын
A local photographer can be great! And yeah i come with design ideas and see what they offer and then I go back to the drawing board and see what I can do to work with it.

Hey Trevin, thanks for all of your great videos. I was wondering what your thoughts are on this. I am thinking of entering a niche where Amazon themselves (AMZ) are the seller of the brand that makes most sales in my niche (about 90% of all sales). Is it crazy to try to take a cut of the sales of a brand that Amazon sells themselves? I assume they give themselves the best ranking and they don't have to pay for PPC etc. The other private label sellers in the niche on page 1 are still able to do fairly well. Is it worth trying to go up against a brand sold by Amazon themselves?
@TrevinPeterson4 жыл бұрын
juljuni it completely depends and I would need to look at a lot more info before I gave you a yes or no answer

Hello Trevin, thank you for the content! I have a question while watching the video. What if I have a product selling on Amazon and it’s not selling well. Still got 200 inventory. And now I want to improve the product by improving the package and adding bundle. Should I wait for 200 inventory to be sold out then I can start selling the improved product? Or I should remove all the inventory from warehouse and repackage them? What would you do if you were me? I’ll be appreciate your response! P.s. I live outside of the U.S.
@TrevinPeterson4 жыл бұрын
PIG CHU technically you are suppose to create a new listing and start from scratch if that’s the case. But you can either sell out and then do it or create a removal order and re package. But do not send new inventory in while you have old inventory. Customer will Be upset when they get the wrong product
