Which special version do I need for this? Paid Pro? This menu item does not exist for me. (Windows, desktop version, now v4.0) In my app "Text|Animation|Tracking|Text-to-speech" I asked the support why I can't find this tab. In response, I was told that the mobile version is different from the desktop version. 🤔Pointless, but still... 🤭

Thanks! I'm on a Mac, USA, Pro version, 3.8.0, and I searched in the search bar and Paper Ball did appear. However, CapCut changes things in every version and there are different features depening on where you are in the world. VPN to USA may fix it if you're not here, but thats very hit and miss. Yes! AI characters are available in the mobile version - ie, for iPad.

Hey Trevor! Thanks for these great videos. I had a CapCut question you may know the answer to… While editing on CapCut on Mac, everything is great but when I export, sometimes the audio repeats in some parts. (Ex: when I split a clip & set the zoom in to 101%, I export and that clip sometimes glitches/overlaps.) So frustrating since it looks like it’s just the exporting issue. Not sure why.

Dang! And you're certain there's not a duplicate of the audio? Sounds like you are. Sometimes closing CapCut and restarting your computer will fix little glitches like that. Another option is to create a new project, recreate and export just that section, and bring that export back into the original project. Good luck! I hope they fix it in future updates!

Awesome explainer video! Don't get too excited about making lots of AI Character clones just yet, folks. CapCut is charging $29 per custom character ... per month. Yes, a subscription model. It's technically a credit model with Pro users getting 550 credits per month. Please, CapCut, don't create this magic machine, get everyone to switch to it, and then get too greedy.

Update: 9/17/24 @ 4PM PST: Capcut will now be charging 2 Credits Per every 1 Second Video - So if under the Pro Account you get an allowance of 500 credit, then your only getting 4.17 minutes of Ai usage! wow that's way to expensive for such low amount of time. OMG I just noticed the Pop-Up Window Message when I tried using just the regular Ai character "exchange pro uses for credits", so If I'm understanding this correctly yes your right, they are moving to a "Credit" system now. -Last date were you were able to use the Ai character for FREE under a Pro Account was 04/07/2024 -Credit that are purchased are valid for 2 years -Pro Member will get 500 credit for that monthly subscription - lastly I still got about 4 months worth under my Pro Account, so lets see how many credits I'll get if I were to exchange them for "tokens"

Thats amazing but $29 a month? What if I want to change the outfit? They could make a smaller square or rectangle just talking head one for reaction PIP videos, then I can worry about wearing the same outfit in every video. But so cool! CapCut seems to be focussing on the paid version nowadays and is losing some of its appeal. Shame as it used to be a good software program. Might be time to start looking elsewhere.
