Not sure why FB made it so confusing to literally just make each album private. You can't for example make your folder with profile pictures private for whatever weird reason

let's say I'm in a group on FB and don't want other members of the group to be able to view my profile. Is there a way to hide my profile from other members of a FB group I belong to? although we belong to a same group they are strangers.
