This video doesn't solve the fundamental problem. When sony eventually shut down the PS4 licencing server (which won't be that far away) none of these digital games will work. There needs to be a solution that takes Sony out of the equation.

Mines is doing the same thing, like when I was on Mw2 i got a notification that popped up saying that I had 15 minute suspension because my license cannot be verified, so I got off to get on another game then it kicked me out and locked my games. (np-34958-9) Error. Also I restored license and it STILL didn’t work 😭 and I can’t even set my account to primary because of that error. If anyone is going through the same thing can you help me?

Update: so my PlayStation works again I had it off for a while then it started working again once I turned it back on. Before I did that I factory reset it so I’m assuming it worked because of that. So try to factory reset your Ps then go to rebuild data base but before you do that make sure you have your ps4 charger for your controller because your are going to need it. Then once you do that put your Ps in rest mode for like an 1 hour or so then turn it back on too see if it would work. Hopefully it does 🤞🏾🙏🏾

So Im having a provlem that i never had before. I turned my ps4 on and all the games have the lock. Usualy this happens when i cant connect the console to the internet and that makes sense. But this time the ps4 is connected to the internet. U can use the ps store just fine. I can see my trophies im online. I checked the internet connection and its just fine. I just cannot play anything it says im not able to connect to the server.
