Complete garbage. Only reason I got a true stick is because I needed a cheep backup and I’ve played about 5 games and it’s already in worse condition then my main geo I’ve had for years now. Sticks break like plastic I’ve heard and they have some of the worst feeling top end sticks in my opinion. Never even given the equipment a chance because they all get bad reviews. Maybe nice if you get them for free but if your like most players that need to spend their own money you can get a much better stick for the same price or even cheaper.

*2 week update on the sticks* Both sticks are broken at the blade, they continue to struggle with durability! Although this stick is a beast. It has the durability of glass!

Trew a little piece of advice for you, at 3:28, especially in a game situation, get this puck immediately back to your forehand. You then have a chance to shoot right away from the slot, pass to someone, skate towards the left, or make a move to your back hand. Instead you keep the puck on your backhand all the way to the net, and the goalie had your angle the whole way. And tell your team to start passing the puck harder or faster. It will make you guys harder to defend. Good video dude

Usually true sticks are incredible and some what ahead of their time, but it’s the durability that was always a problem
@emceelovin Жыл бұрын
I have True almost head to toe with the exception of my helmet. Can't find one unfortunately. Their sticks are unreal, but I also struggle with their durability. Both of my HZRDUS's broke at the shaft. Broke the warranty replacement in one or two games. My first 9X3 broke vertically at the blade. My warranty replacement after a few games is already splitting down the middle of the blade, and you can tell the inside of the blade is completely torched. It has zero pop anymore. When my 9X3 was brand new, it was beyond filthy. It seems like they fixed the shaft durability. Which is good. Like you said, if they can fix their durability issues, they would be nuclear. I'm gonna try an Alpha LX Pro next off pro stock hockey. Saves me a ton of money and is the same specs as my 9X3(62" 75 flex 5.5 lie).

Come on kid. Bunch of people look up to you clearly by these comments and you’re gonna tell a bunch of young kids to by a garbage stick that will break in a game and spend 400? Get you’re game together and help people instead of just trolling. I feel bad for these parents and kids who listen to your “reviews” every stick can’t be amazing Everytime. They can’t make anything durable. Period. All their sticks are junk and you should be honest so kids aren’t feeling like shit when they listen to this
@TrewCrew Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the feedback. I did say the durability was garbage. I even said they should get the model below. Besides for the durability, I thought this stick was good. If you have a problem with it, that’s fine. But don’t come bashing on my video saying I’m lying to kids.
@beerleaguebumhockeyreviews Жыл бұрын
you have massive influence with these kids and thats exactly what you are doing. if you test this stick properly you would not recommend anyone to purchase it with their own money. Throwing a small caveat get the "7x3" is just as bad. It isnt any more durable. Sure it performs well if its provided for free on a team or something. But the kids watching this arent getting handed free true sticks. But if a kid goes to his dad and says " trew crew likes the new true stick" and he buys it for 400 dollars and lasts him a week would you feel awesome about that video you posted if you knew the true influence of what you are doing? Youre a good player, but honestly even better influencer. You should take that 40k of subs you have and start helping people not just throwing the next content out everytime without much thought. Help first influence later.

@@TrewCrewdude don’t entertain this clown, he thinks he’s doing the hockey world justice but he’s a complete meat head that can’t take a shot properly plus add in him thinking being as jacked as you can leads to better shooting but instead leads to extra load with poor mechanics then wonders why they break so easily. You’re half his size and have a better shot then him lol he’s a Div 5 or lower beer leaguer and only reviews the top of the line and he’s upset you recommended the next model down 😂 look at the NHL’ers pro stocks in True and they are the 9x not PX

@@steveanderson461 you’re entitled to your opinion as much as mine. But if you listen to this kids advice on his recent videos and waste money that’s on you. He very much is trolling and frankly it’s getting silly to watch. Every review is more hilarious than the next “this stick is amazing” Zero integrity. Anyone picking up sticks for 400$ with these “reviews” without getting real information is risking a lot. I’m surprised frankly you’re defending this in such a weird way. As a lawyer? You do know that by posting something on social media, you are putting yourself out there for criticism and public discussions. I broke this stick in 3 min. And then another. And then another. Objectively saying get this stick is poor judgment and very much will cost someone serious money for such a bad review of a product with no regard to how someone will feel after doing it. As the father you say you are, if you picked up this stick on his review broke it like I did 3 times I would question the integrity here. But you do you
