I had only heard him before this & was so impressed that I wrote him on his site to try to get him to do this investigation because he is clear speaking & thinking from what I read. I still think he's the best ,'tho I haven't been able to see his conclusions, but wish many in DC would have the fairness he has shown, in looking at all sides.If we could get a President like that we might save America.

I so agree. Trey Gowdy has been the honesty/integrity rudder of this House that we have needed. In leaving DC, he is doing what our framers intended: NOT making a career out of politics. He is going back to the law practice/farm/dental practice: He did his civic duty and now is returning to HIS life. I so wish more of Washington would do this, but we enable it. We don't INSIST on term limits, and we don't INSIST on limiting the benefits that they get. They serve one term and they get oodles of bennies FOR LIFE.

As far as Guns go... Everybody who buys a Handgun or Rifle or any type of weapon, Should have a F.O.I.D. card " Firearm Owner's Identification Card." Which means you CanNot Buy Ammunition without it. Which means, You have to have a Background Check for Felonies and Mental Disorders and FBI Background Check, Before you can Buy Ammunition. Then they should be taught safety precautions in a class on how to keep it safe and how and why not to be trigger-happy. The Class should only be an hour or so long. Something like a TAM Card, 4 alcohol awareness and a Sheriff's Card to Let the public/the people Know that you are Not a Felon or Wanted by the police!. It's Just Smart...

There Is a Video on KZbin that Sandy Hook was a Hoax... That one of the children that was killed at Sandy Hook School - In the same outfit..Was Seen in the picture taken with Obama. They said Bring out the ????? Kids. And one of the children that was Supposed to be dead, Was in the Picture taken with Obama. The Corner could Not Tell You How many children that were Autopsied? or How many Boys? How many girls? Bodies that he Autopsied or Examined? That Were Shot? His Reply Was, Aaah aahhh, I don't know.. Ahhhaa.... I Don't know... He could not answer any question that was given to him. And then a short chuckling Laugh. And Why Wasn't there Any Ambulance's? One Ambulance that they did have, Wasn't even from that County and Everything was like a Movie Set... People walking around slowly and casually. You Would Think if children were shot you would have All Kinds of Ambulance coming to the school. Second of all, Every Entrance to the school was Blocked, By Black Cars with Black Tinted Windows. You Couldn't get In or Out. Also There is Video Footage of the kid who supposedly did the shooting was seen talking to the police or the sheriff in the woods, Before the Incident, By a helicopter going over or above. And 3rd...The Rifle/Shotgun that was supposedly used, was seen being taken out of the suspects trunk of the car By the authorities. Was the same shotgun/rifle that was supposed to have killed the children inside the School. 5. You know how kids are always posting pictures on Facebook, Well the Children that were supposed to be killed, Posted Pictures of Christmas Dinner with family, "Same Mother and Same Father" to Friends on Facebook but Yet They are a Little older, Hair Longer and Name Changed and in Another State.. MOST IMPORTANT FACT! You LOOK AT the FATHER'S FACE and THE MOTHERS FACE, TALKING ABOUT THE DEATH OF THEIR CHILD......OHHH SHES IN A BETTER PLACE NO TEARS AND EVEN SMIRKING - SMILING. WITH HAPPY SOUND TO HER EXPRESSIONS. THE FATHER THOUGHT THE CAMERAS WERE OFF BUT THEY WERE ROLLING... AS HE'S WALKING IN THE DOOR LAUGHING AND SMILING AND SAYS OH ARE WE GOING ON THE AIR AND STARTS TO BREATHE SLOWLY IN AND OUT MAKING AN EXPRESSION TRYING TO BE SAD AND SERIOUS .. AGAIN NO TEARS!! AND A KIND OF HAPPY SEEMING WAY OF TALKING.. "sick sick people! they should be locked up too." THEY DID IT WHY?? FOR GUN CONTROL? HOW STUPID. PS. I CRIED MY HEART OUT OVER THAT ONE. Jason Chaffetz (?) his colleague, on the ethics committee, had to take some time out to reconnect with his family with whom he had not been able to spend almost any time in the two years on the committees . This pace is truly brutal on families. If he was seriously challenged, as I believe he must have been, by the system itself, and its political actors, that he might be seen to have confronted, directly, that probably raised some issues, for him. Given that, you might understand his decision, at that time. If I read his decision, correctly, and I am only now watching this, I think I understand. In my opinion, Mr. Gowdy’s prescence at the table will be missed in his absence. He memorably raised the bar. Significantly, he removed the wheat from the political chaff, uncovering the seed of underlying facts, demonstrating a calibre of character and perseverance. His integrity and his natural intellectual capacity for legal acuity set precedent in a Congressional hearing.

Great interview! Trey Gowdy has renewed my faith in government and the legal system. I have anticipatory separation anxiety just thinking about the truly honorable Rep Trey Gowdy leaving Washington. I ditto all of the following petitions for Mr Gowdy's nominations to replace AG Sessions. Mr Gowdy is a no nonsense, just the facts, kind of person we need in order to achieve fair & equal justice in America. I'm from Charleston. You have been my favorite representative for years. Washington misses you and not just me. I have nothing but respect for you as I belive term limits need to be instituted. Its not just me that miss you, its the American people. You had no fear in any conversation or committee and that's beyond commendable in this day in age. You are a man of conviction and that means something. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your time in congress and I only wish you were my representative when you were in congress. I wish you nothing but the best and ill always be a fan of yours and would do anything for you as I feel you have looked out for me even though you weren't my representative. I hope you have a blessed life. Tell me if I'm wrong for gravitating toward Jim Jordan as I feel he has picked up your fight i feel. when I started to watch the congressional hearings, I was stunned to see how much he could get to the meat of it and then watch these robots one by one answer and lie, I almost cried, after discovering that the cover up with benghazi went deep and all of these people under the umbrella of pres obama protected each other, what an embarrassment to the country. I can understand is that he is leaving, all that he did and no one held accountable??? Except lately that mr mccabe who then cried victim and we know why.

Trey Gowdy is a man of principles and that’s why he left D.C. He is an amazing orator and his ability to breakdown a subject and debate is uncanny. I wish he was a law professor! It would be a privilege to take his class.
