Stephanie, I’ve been watching your videos for a couple weeks. Last week I finally ordered some beads and crystals and yesterday summoned the courage to try my first project. I made your Triad bracelet. I had to keep rewinding your tutorial until I got the hang of the pattern but it turned out beautifully. The second bracelet (a gift for a friend who has been going through a tough time) only took half as long - with no rewinding! Thank you for your patient instructional technique. I am a big fan!

Gorgeous! I just did the bigger scale bracelet using 6mm labradorite beads and some Montana 2x bicones. Yum. This design is so different from the mraw and other ones like the watch band and companion bracelets. It is definitely chunky, but so voluptuous because of that scale. I am going to downsize it just to see... I have 4 mm labradorite too... Thank you so much for a fun video!

That base row might make an interesting necklace chain.
I am addicted to the clasps used on this project. They make the jewelry look much more expensive and are secure. I did buy two different styles and also bought the ones Stephanie had trouble with. Mine were ok but the small magnetic round ones are garbage. I don't know exactly what to do with them but think I might try to find some stronger magnets to replace the ones in them now. The others I bought were fine.

Hey Steph, do u have a coupon code current for Eureka crystals? I'm getting ready to put my order in, I'll wait till tomorrow to see if you've responded. And I have a predicament, I ended up sewing my magnet clasps on where it's backwards, they push away from each other instead, it was a double magnet clasp deal on a interlace bracelet I made. There's no way to simply undo it, but is there a way to snip them off without the rest of my bracelet coming apart? I'm thinking no but figured I'd see if u knew a way to fix my silly mistake. 🤪
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry3 жыл бұрын
Yes! Pony10 for 10% off $25 or more. Expires December 31 I have also sewn my magnets in repelling one another😂 If you can pry the magnets out maybe you can switch them around? I had to redo😃 If your clasp is sewn on with a new thread, you can carefully snip it and take it out. If it’s part of your bracelet, then it won’t work.
@cursedwithcuriosity64643 жыл бұрын
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry tx for the code! And I made that particular bracelet months ago, I don't remember if it shares with the clasp thread, I'm sure it does. Gahhh ☹ you know, watching the ring interface video, I realized I've been doin it differently. I've been adding 4 11's on the rows not with the 4mm on it. Seems to work, almost seems like only 3 won't be enough... hmmm.. I'll switch to the 3 next time. Anywho, blah blah etc etc. I'm off to beadland 👋

Stephanie, this is just gorgeous! And I thank you for sharing that we can use beads from both the DBB and the Eureka collection - I don’t always think to go back to them to see what I can use. I’ve never used wildfire before. What is the difference between wildfire and fire line? Thank you in advance! 💜
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry4 жыл бұрын
+Nails by Sharon H Thanks Sharon🌺 In my opinion Wildfire is a thicker and sturdier feeling thread and perfect for heavier beads with larger holes like 8/0’s. Fireline is a fishing line and as strong but is thinner so it takes more passes through a larger hole bead. I use Fireline for most bead weaving unless I’m using very large beads. Ultimately, it’s just preference.

Use the same amounts that I put in for the larger bracelet. So 6 - 11/0’s around the 4mm and I think it’s 7 - 15/0’s for the cross embellishment 💕

I’m allergic to metal and can never find designers who make beading items without clasps, I have to make everything either too large or with a button. Does anyone know of non metal clasps that look good?
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry4 жыл бұрын
You can bead any clasp instead of using a metal one. A beaded toggle and loop or a loop and bead closure always looks pretty. You can use a cup button and loop as well. I use all of these beaded closures on many of my videos. Go to my playlists and check out some of my videos.
