Well the drawings aren't moving it's just a sequence of different drawings of the characters taking differents poses and having differents facial expressions... Although this is a wonderfull work it's technically not an "animation".

The point is that here the space between each drawing (except for a few frame like the one when Gary's avatar clap) sit completely still for the whole time, to the point that calling animation couldn't be more wrong. The only animated part of the intro are when the characters are clearly seen moving, which is only the case once. So no sorry it's not technically an animation here, or at least not a full one.
