Soldier's mind is put into the executed body of the inmate who was on death row. But the mind of the murderer remained and thus the soldier, in the new body, had blackouts, and during the blackouts, the inmate's mind took over the bod and murdered more people in the complex.

This is one bad script. They're offering a soldier a 2nd chance in new body, but without stating anything about the conditions of the deal, not even its purpose. They have all the money for this ground-breaking technology, but can't even afford a reasonable comfortable room for the "patient" to wake up in. Instead he finds himself in a barren concrete vault. Now he isn't carefully guided into his new life, involving monitoring him and his progress, doing tests, helping him get familiar with the new body, nothing. Just a "good night", the lights turned off and he's left alone. Instead he finds himself attacked by guards, to the point where they're trying to kill him. He kills them instead, or so it seems. Now we learn that the designers of this trial didn't even end the original solider's life before transferring his mind to a new body. Finally, it turns out that he has the body of a murderer, and that is *somehow* supposed to explain why "he" blacked out while killing those guards, while *somehow" the murderer's mind took over to do it. Hunky-dory. It's just that we still don't have any idea why the whole gig was performed. Needless to say that the characters don't have much of a chance to grow on you in such a mess.

Yea the paralyzed guys accent was very strong. Couldn't understand him at all.
