You mean the 5(b)? The question b kena letak negation. This soalan ask for antecedent and consequent so we have to just write exactly the p and q without changing anything.

sir, for question 6, why is the t=155 in minutes? but we already divided it with 60 so the answer should be in hours right?

no. we divide 60 to change our time from minute to hour bcos the speed is 84 km per hour. however the t answer will come out in minute.
