"Ninja warrior" is a ton tougher. Only 3 people ever completed it and even some Olympians (mainly gymnasts) tried it and failed. "Takeshi's castle" (original name of "Most extreme elimination challenge") wasn't that tough and sometimes you needed more luck than skills to go through (the sumo fights, the holes...)
