1:44:17 single out does say to its owners hand. Sounds to me that other characters benefit from it as well. So the infinite you're talking about should be possible? Unless it is just poorly worded.

The infinite I was talking about was looping single out with single out. Other characters can benefit from the effect of Single Out, but only Warlord can play single out, so there is no infinite there with Hunter's WP gain power. You can go infinite with Hunter by chaining Quick Shots though, but it is harder to set up.
