Mustafa, a participant on a competing KZbin channel, must travel half a day via motorbike through rocky terrain without paved roads, to get to the studio in Karachi where the videos are filmed, and he has probably done well over 100 such tapings over the past year or two. There is a KZbin video showing him making this trip, and the landscape is unreal.

@@jayltee One reason I get a kick out of him is he reminds me of my two good foreign friends in college, but all in one guy. One was a big fellow and quite religious from Brazil (Protestant, not Muslim) and had an appetite to match mine and liked sharing snacks from his country as we did our religion papers together. The other was Pakistani and ignored the usual Islamic rules about the sins of the flesh in favor of being the biggest ladies man I knew. We'd share a smoke at the hookah lounge and do impressions of the Sikh professor who'd get onto the stoners for firing up behind the humanities hall.

From my travels I can guarantee you that I would feel exactly the same eating the specialities of their cuisine. Every country does the best it can with what it has, and every country has hit upon certain combinations of ingredients and techniques that produce things only that culture can really get right. I've lived in countries that were poor and did not have much of a growing season, but they still found ways to make foods that were so good, you could never get enough of them. We would all do well to appreciate each other's ingenuity and our universal desire to make wonderful things.

Idk if they still make it, but there was one called Daiquiri Ice... Omg it was fantastic! Idk if they'd like it because it wasn't milk based.
